Johnny recently gave us a ride from the Grand Rapids airport to Grand Haven. Communication was excellent throughout the booking and pickup process. The vehicle was in great condition, comfortable and very clean. Johnny was waiting for us at the airport and delivered us safely to our destination. Very professional and punctual. I needed a ride to the airport at 4:30 AM. I was worried about finding a ride so early in the morning. I called ahead and made a reservation and was contacted the night before to confirm. The driver was right on time and was very affordable! I definitely recommend and definitely will use again.

I had a fantastic experience with Excel! I spent the weekend in Lake Odessa, and called Saturday to request a morning ride to the airport. I was able to book quickly and easily. The morning of, I got a confirmation call about an hour before to let me know they would be on time (which they were). My driver was kind and got me to the airport safely. Cannot recommend enough!

I've used Excel Taxi Service (John) a few times now. After meeting John and having some experience with his Taxi Service I wouldn't consider using anyone else. John is very reliable, dependable, and a good communicator. I completely trust John to be on time, pick me up, drop off at times we agreed on, that's a good feeling, knowing you can trust your driving service, something I value.

I have used this taxi service on at least four occasions and Johnny has not failed once to pick me up at all hours of the night. He is extremely polite and very dependable. I would not use another service in the Grand Rapids area. I'd give him ten stars if I could!
